I Took my 94' Ford Probe in for a rotation and alignment. I got her back running way better than when I brought her in. I don't know what they did but, they have my gratitude. Thank you very much, I'll be coming back.

I am former employee, I have worked in tire industry since 2003. I have worked several different companies over the years. And no one can beat or match their customer service. They have a excellent team that is devoted to the company. The team work was amazing. Product quality is great. Prices are good . All around a great team. 100%

First I want to thank the staff at Richland Tire Factory for going above and beyond. Not being from the area, I struck gold stopping here. The team listened to what I needed, worked within my budget (even though that meant more work for them to source tires in my budget) and offered to install the new snow tires ASAP so I can make my way north on time.
